Young Entrepreneurs & Professionals

Frequently Asked Questions

What is YEP- Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals?

The Lake Houston Young Entrepreneurs and Professionals program (YEP) is centered around a quality group of diverse young professionals working together to showcase Lake Houston as a great place to live, work and play. YEP focuses on three pillars of programming: social and networking events, professional development and YEP in Action, providing its members with opportunities to get in front of and build relationships with local community and business leaders while building contacts among peers. Not only does YEP give young professionals a voice – it gives them an outlet for affecting change in the Lake Houston community. YEP seeks to work hand-in-hand with current community and business leaders to learn from their experiences and to create a young professional-friendly atmosphere.
