Adam McAlpine, McAlpine Interests broker

McAlpine has been in commercial real estate in the northeast Houston area since 2010, representing both landlords and tenants for leasing and sale of office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as land. He currently manages 10+ properties. McAlpine completed the Leadership Lake Houston program in 2013, serves on the Partnership board of directors and volunteers for several committees.

Jason Stuebe, City of Humble Manager

Stuebe has been Humble City Manager since December of 2017. He has worked in municipal government since 2007, first starting out in economic development then moving to administration. During his tenure he has played a significant role in both the response and recovery to several major disasters as well as leading efforts to revitalize downtown Humble. Stuebe currently serves on the Partnership board of directors.

John Flournoy, McCord Development Director of Sales and Leasing

Flournoy joined McCord Development in 2012 with a primary focus on developing Generation Park, the newest and largest master-planned economic center in Houston. Generation Park consists of over 4,200 contiguous acres of land in northeast Houston for the commercial enterprise park. Prior to joining McCord Development, Flournoy’s area of expertise spanned from private wealth to commercial and corporate lending.
