Auturo Jackson, Vice President of Specialized Transit Services, METRO, details on the main goals for METRO and how they plan to expand to more cities in Texas.

Bryan Ruth, Sr. Director of Land Development, McCord Development, will share information on the projects the transportation system is monitoring in the area.

Gonzalo Echeverria, Director of Design & Planning, McCord Development, presenting an overview of the trails systems in the Lake Houston area.

  • Had a total of 24.7 million passengers in the year 2020 and drove about $36 billion in economic activities annually.
  • Air Travel Restoration has had a huge growth after being at its lowest point in April 2020.
  • They are expecting to get back to their pre-pandemic numbers by 2023 or early 2024.
  • The goal is to establish Houston Airport and other airports as 5-star airports or most improved.
